Refund policy

Deposits are required at the time the order is placed for custom orders. Refunds of deposits are only given if the order is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the due date. 

After receiving cookies, if dissatisfied with the taste or look, a 50% refund will be given if the remaining cookies are returned to me.

I cannot guaranteed perfect color matching, so a refund for that will not be given. I always strive to perfect the color but inspirations pictures and colors can be discolored by phone.
